Job Desc:
Degree holder in Building Services or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering;
At least 10 years' solid experience preferably with company engaged in property development or project management;
Member of CIBSE and HKIE or equivalent;
Certificate holder or Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B);
Well versed with relevant ordinances and ISO 9002, 14000, 18000 implementation;
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
