Job Desc:
-Fresh graduate in all disciplines
-Self confidence to meet project deadline
-Speak fluent Cantonese
-Good analytical and problem solving ability
-Outgoing character
-Active participant in organzing extra-curricular activities in university or other social organization
Duties:
-Analyze the financial needs of clients and propose tailor-made solution to meet their short term and long term goals.
We Offer:
-HK$10,000 x 12 months plus monthly bonus and commission in addition to group life, group medical, travel incentive and study subsidy would be offered to suitable candidates.
Training:
-subsidize to study professional qualification such as Certified Financial Planner CFP and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow LUTCF
-6 weeks FULL time training in business communication and presentation techniques
-2 years follow up training in the area of professionalism
-9 months management development training program
Career Prospect:
-Promotion to Assistant Manager to develop and manage a team after 12 months.
