The Bank offers a number of products like Phone Banking, Mobile Banking, School Banking and Direct Debit ATM Cards at POS terminals. The branches are connected real time to the central computer systems in Head Office, which allows the Banks customers to carry out banking transactions from anywhere in the Sultanate. The Bank has over 30% market share in savings deposits also an expanding Credit card base, most modern dealing rooms offering latest treasury products.
Job Description/Responsibilities :
A visionary with the ability to consolidate the bank's numero ono position locally and lead it to becoming one of the top players regionally/leading player internationally.
Desired profile of the candidate :
A senior career banker around 45 years of age from a leading MNC bank must be Country Manager / Ex Director / Chief Operating Officer of a leading MNC / Private Sector Bank - rich exposure to all aspects of banking with specific strengths in Retail Banking is the basic requirements. strong leadership skills, clear track record of being a super-performer.
International exposure with atleast a large country management experience are the other items. In addition we are looking for a strategic thinker.
