Propose best solution about recruitment to clients
-Propose comprehensive recruitment plan.
-Pre-screening of candidates, database management and conduct extensive telephone contact.
-Control huge communication between candidates through E-mail.
-Prepare candidate profiles and ensure thoroughness and consistency in clients' presentations.
Qualifications:
-A degree holder in all disciplines, fresh graduate will also be considered.
-Good proficiency of English, knowledge of Mandarin and Japanese is a plus.
-Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
-Should be a highly motivated and result oriented team player.
-Quick, smart, eager and passion to learn are important personal traits for success in this role.
