Job Desc:
You will be responsible for the preparation of contracts for the Group's marketing and sales and other operations regionally, more particularly relating to manufacturing, distribution, joint ventures, sales and purchasing agreements. You will provide advice on all aspects of the Group's operations regionally including debt recovery, leases, corporate, banking and employment matters. You will also support the Group and its subsidiaries in the region in meeting corporate governance requirements. Some mergers and acquisition work as well as corporate restructuring projects will also be required from time to time.
Requirements:
* LLB with 3-7 years' PQE in practice or in a corporate environment
* Candidates who are fully conversant with PRC law will have an advantage
* Ability to speak and write Mandarin is essential
* Creative mindset and the ability to work in a team
* Computer literate
* Some travelling is required
