(Specializing in Legal and Regulatory Aspects of insurance/Financial Services)
With the introduction of the statutory Continuing Professional Development Programme ("CPD Programme") which all insurance and financial intermediaries are required to attend from 2002, CMG Asia is looking for a trainer to design and deliver courses, seminars and organize other training activities related to the legal and regulatory aspects of insurance, MPF and investment services for CMG Asia's insurance intermediaries, MPF intermediaries, and SFC registered investment representatives.
The successful candidate needs to work in conjunction with the Company's in-house Legal Counsel and Compliance Department in the design and re-design of such training courses from time to time so as to fulfill the requirement of the CPD Programme. The job scope also includes seeking accreditation of the core credit training courses from the relevant authorities, delivering the core credit, non-core credit and other training courses, organizing forums and workshops on updates of legal/regulatory, business ethics and other compliance topics, and undertaking other training and administrative duties of the Company's Professional Training & Development Department
Requirements
- Holder of LLB or equivalent from a university in Hong Kong or any commonwealth country. Fresh law graduates may be considered.
- Working experience in insurance or financial industry, or in teaching/training will be an advantage
- Computer literate including Microsoft Word (English & Chinese), Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
