To cope with their rapid growth, they are now seeking a Commercial Director to run their on-line business in Asia. With full P&L responsibilities, you will be accountable for developing, directing and controlling the overall on-line business of the organization in Asia. Achieving sales, profits, cashflow, customer and employee retention, new business growth, and technology migration are your objectives.
Ideally you have a good understanding of professional or business to business publishing and information technology, and possess a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to meet challenging objectives. Your good financial and business judgement is crucial to the success of this role. Together with your strong sense of ownership, you are a positive, influential leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.
