You will assist in the planning and implementation of investment services strategies for the retail banking business. You will be required to provide sales support to frontline sales staff and to motivate them to achieve sales targets through on-the-job coaching and training programs on investment and product knowledge. In addition, you will be responsible to arrange investment seminars for customers and to arrange meetings with fund management companies to get updates on the latest products and strategies.
You should be a degree holder with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in which 1-2 years should be in an investment advisory role. In-depth knowledge of the investment market is essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills are the pre-requisites.
