- Min. F.7 standard or above, Diploma holder in relevant subject will be advantageous
- Min. 3 years managerial experience of renovation project gained from sizable office including office equipment purchasing
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in AutoCAD will also be advantageous
