Job Desc:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years management experience
- Responsible for the Domestic Helpers & Migrant Workers Programme in Hong Kong and the Mainland China Programme in Qinghai
- A heart to work for the needy and poverty with a focus of Poverty Alleviation & Child Welfare
- Nursing or child care knowledge is an advantage
- Familiar in maintaining working relations with official administrative structure of Mainland China
- Excellent command of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin
- Good connection with Church preferred
- Frequent travel to China-Xining Children's Home
