Job Desc:
Salary : $19,055 - $29,400 p.m. (commensurate with experience)
The salaries are being under review.
Duties : (i) Prepare and conduct related training courses; (ii) Assist in routine maintenance of plant and equipment; and curriculum development of the section; (iii) Assist with planning, organization and monitoring of day-to-day operation of training; (iv) Maintain training related records; (v) Assist with the recruitment and placement of trainees; and (vi) Perform other related training and administrative duties.
Applicants should have: (a) a minimum of an approved certificate in the relevant discipline, or equivalent; (b) at least 5 years' relevant post-training industrial or teaching experience (For Post Instructor - experience in the area of raw food processing including butchery, smoked and marinated meat, delicatessen and/or teaching are required); (c) good writing skills in English and Chinese; (d) ability to pass a trade test; and (e) knowledge and skill in computerized system and general software application.
Note:
(1) Applicants without the academic qualification required but possess 8 years of relevant experience may also apply.
(2) Appointments to the above posts will be on fixed duration gratuity-bearing agreement. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental treatment. Successful candidates may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours.
