Job Desc:
- To assist the Technical Manager to supervise the repair and preventive maintenance of building and equipment
- To responsible for the supervision, training and tasking of technical staff
- To assist in the preparation & control of maintenance budgets
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years in management role or senior supervisory function
- Holder of High Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Service Engineering or above is preferable
- Member of CIH / HKIH / HKIE or its equivalent will be an advantage
- Mature, independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in training and motivating staff with good decision making and communication skill
- Previous experience in prestigious commercial / residential complex is desirable
