GENERAL MANAGER-FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

Job Desc:
* Responsible for preparation of complete set of books and annual budget
* Formulating accounting and investment policies
* To manage and develop application systems for financial and administration functions
* Devise and implement internal control measures
* Support the Managing director in business development and operations

Requirements:
* University Degree in Business/Economics or related disciplines
* At least 8 years' relevant accounting/administration experience, of which at least 3 years' experience in managerial/supervisory level
* Professional qualification in accounting/management preferred
* Working knowledge of the real estate development industry a plus
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
* Conversant with MS Office tools such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, managerial and people management skills
