Job Desc:
* University graduate or equivalent;
* Minimum 8 years experience in Sale & Marketing of which at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably with direct selling experience;
* Strong in Sales Management and Sales Supervision;
* Competence in leading a team of over 30 sales staff to achieve sales target;
* Experience in Property, Insurance or Banking field is an advantage;
* Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin;
* Excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
* Self-motivated, independent and responsible; willing to work overtime and during holidays.
