Job Desc:
The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of site management staff for daily operation and administration of a high class residential estate and its clubhouse. His/Her duties include budget planning, enforcement of the DMC, liaison with owners/tenants, handling complaints, supervision of site staff; launching site meeting and monitoring the performance of contractors, etc.
Candidates should be holders of Degree/Diploma in Estate Management or related disciplines with at least 7 years' experience in estate management. They should possess strong interpersonal skill, and be able to work under pressure. Proficiency in written/spoken English and Cantonese is essential.
