Job Desc:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the appointee will be responsible for formulating business development and marketing strategies, dealing with tender for property management contracts as well as monitoring the implementation status of company's quality system. In addition, he/she will assist his/her superior in the overall management and operation of the Company.
The appointee should be tertiary educated and a corporate member of either CIH or HKIH with at least 7 years post qualification experience in similar environment. Exposure in ISO 9002 environment plus hands-on experience in using Windows driven software packages are also essential.
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the appointee.
