Job Desc:
* Polytechnic graduates or equivalent in relevant discipline
* Minimum 2 years' practical experience in residential properties preferably gained from estate developer / estate agency
* With EAA License is an advantage
* Familiar with Landlord & Tenant Ordinance
* To market company's residential properties and conduct negotiation of leasing terms, draft offer letters, negotiate/ prepare Tenancy Agreements, etc.
* Bright, open and well groomed
