Job Desc:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in property, building and/or tenancy management
* Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinance
* Experience in managing office fitout projects and contractors will be an advantage
* Good client servicing skills and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
* Good communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
* Experience in management of facilities in a corporate environment is a plus
Candidates with less but relevant experience can be considered for the position of Management Surveyor or Assistant Management Surveyor.
