Requirements:
* A university degree or professional qualification in real estate management or retail related disciplines is preferred
* Over 7 years' practical experience in leasing of shopping centers for Director; 5 years of retail property leasing experience for Manager
* Thorough understanding in modern retail format design. Prior working experience in surveying firms, developers and / or department stores a plus
* Highly creative with excellent presentation skills
* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
* Holder of Estate Agents licence
