Job Desc:
-A qualified lawyer with 5-8 years post-qualified experience in reputable legal firm or held relevant posts in sizable corporations.
-LLB degree holder or postgraduate from tertiary education in relevant discipline
-Merger and acquisition, listing, IPO handling experience and corporate finance experience
-PRC tax and legal experience will be an added advantage
-Traveling to PRC and overseas is required
