Job Desc:
-Graduate member of ICSA / HKICS or above
-2 years or above company secretarial experience in public companies listed in the Main board
-Experience in drafting and vetting legal commercial agreements
-experience in companys ecretarial practice for PRC joint venture companies an advantage
-good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Good PC knowledge and Chinese Word Processing
-well organized and able to work under pressure
