Job Desc:
- Degree in law with excellent academic results.
- Admitted to practice as a solicitor in Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years in the telecommunications industry.
- Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and finalise non-disclosure agreements, sales contracts and supporting documents for the company's business and services.
- Work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care personnel to oversee product and service deliverables.
- Ensure deliverables follow the sales contracts and can be delivered.
- Provide legal advice and support in general corporate and commercial matters.
- Conduct regular briefings and provide necessary guidelines to team members to increase awareness of legal issues.
