CONSUMER BANKING CREDIT
Responsible for performing credit evaluation of mortgage loan applications in compliance with bank policies and relevant statutory requirements. Ensure adherence to performance standards in terms of turnaround time.
Requirements
- University graduate in Business Administration/Economics
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in credit evaluation or loan processing
- Sound knowledge in mortgage loan transactions and approval criteria
- Familiar with HKMC's requirements for MIP loans
- Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
- Good decision making, problem solving and interpersonal skills
All the above posts require good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
