Job Desc:
* Qualified solicitor with 1 to 2 years' post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate practice with good legal drafting skill, newly qualified candidate with appropriate training will also be considered.
* Previous experience in listed company as in-house counsel would be preferable but not a must.
* good communication skills, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
* ability to work independently.
