Job Desc:
-University graduate with LLB degree or equivalent.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in a reputable corporation, of which 5 years are at managerial level.
-Familiar with SEHK listing requirements compliance work.
-Dealing with our major shareholders extensively.
-Able to handle corporate secretarial work, i.e. company secretarial duties including preparation of detailed minutes and setting up of board meetings, etc.
-Hands-on experience and knowledge in handling commercially orientated legal work, e.g. drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
-Able to handle PRC legal related work, co-ordinate with PRC lawyers.
-Able to manage a small team of corporate staff.
-Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently and undertake negotiations.
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (ideally speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese).
