Job Desc:
* LLB degree holder
* Responsibilities include draft and review company contracts, purchasing agreements, vendors agreements in both English and Chinese.
* Familiar with PRC tax and legal procedures
* Provide legal support/advice to Chairman and COO of the company
* Liaise with Mainland China and overseas clients, agents and vendors.
* At least 5 years experience in legal field
* Analytical, self-motivated, able to work independently with good initiative.
* Experience in manufacturing or trading environment is advantageous.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
