Job Desc:
- Prepare/review consolidated accounts and management reports and ensure compliance with Group policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in business plan and annual budget compilation and establishment of key targets for performance monitoring.
- Prepare financial forecasts and funding requirements.
- Assist in financial and investment analysis on strategic investments, including due diligence and financial modeling.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- A recognized degree and professional qualification in Accounting or Finance. Post-graduate education in business such as MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years relevant experience. Knowledge of financial analysis, investment evaluation and post-investment monitoring, with hand-on experience an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and PC applications.
- Self-initiative with strong commercial sense and analytical / problem solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an added advantage.
