(Salary: HK$12,595 per month)
Entry Requirement: (a) A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic/Polytechnic University/HKIVE or Technical College/Institute, or equivalent; (b) Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent; (c) minimum two years' relevant experience in AutoCAD; and (d) sound computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Corel Draw and Photoshop.
Duties: (a) To prepare, maintain and update site survey drawings, layout plans and working drawings; (b) to draw up schedules of materials and equipment; (c) to prepare simple rough indication of project costs; (d) to prepare progress and expenditure charts and development programmes for projects; (e) to assist in the preparation of landscape architectural drawings, implementation and constructional drawings; and (f) to prepare presentation materials.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of 12 months.
Fringe benefits: A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract period with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus any contribution made by the Government to an MPF Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Paid annual leave of 12 days, rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), maternity leave, paid sick leave, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.
