Job Desc:
- be fully responsible for all editorial processes on both journals, including research, writing, interviewing, commissioning freelance journalists and contributors, editing, briefing photographers, selecting cover pictures, checking proofs, mock-ups and blues
- be required to liaise with professional institutes and to attend monthly Editorial Board meetings, generate and discuss ideas for stories and future issues and source the relevant people and bodies to contact
- this position also requires the applicant to monitor market needs, assess related competitor titles and generate new product ideas to add to Sweet & Maxwell Asia's successful list of publications.
