Job Desc:
The telesales team are responsible for all retention programs on individual scheme and the solicitation of direct response programs
Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls on all leads of generation activities and sales enquiries
- Performing anti-attrition promotion activities on individual products
- Performing outbound callings to customers on individual renewal business and new products
The incumbents require to possess the following qualificaitons:
- F5 or above
- Enjoy regular phone contact with customers
- Good English/Chinese communication skills
- Knowledge of PC with windows environment
- Insurance selling experience preferable but not essential
- Telemarketing experience will be a plus
