Job Desc:
*Manage the Group's regulatory reporting functions at the policy and operational levels
*Monitor overall compliance and oversee the Group's Complaint Management Process
*Co-ordinate activities with such business units as Internal Audit and Collection to ensure no duplication of activities
*Assist the marketing and product development teams in the design and rollout of new concepts and in the preparation of appropriate legal documents for the Group's products and services
REQUIREMENTS:
*Degree holder with prior work experience in the compliance function of an HKMA authorized institution
*Demonstrated capability for objective analysis and insight is important
*Fluent in both English and Chinese
