Job Desc:
Reporting to the Regional Client Support Manager, your key responsibility will be to provide product support to clients in Investment Banks and Financial Institutions within North East Asia. Job responsibilities include developing business with existing clients, managing client relationships and providing product training. You will also be required to assist the sales team in doing demonstrations. The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Finance or Business with minimum 2-3 years experience in a customer support role in the IB industry or finance environment. He/She should also be computer literate, possess good organisational and communication skills, attentive to detail, be self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Good Command of both English and Cantonese is essential and Mandarin is definitely a plus for this position.
