* Member of CIH or HKIH is a must;
* 8 years practical experience with not less than 3 years post- qualification experience in property management;
* Good knowledge and experience on tendering work/procedure in public and private sectors;
* Hard working with rush deadlines;
* Able to work overtime and attend I/O meetings at night time or during holidays;
* Good computer skill on Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
