Job Desc:
- 1) A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or technical institute, or equivalent; or
2) Passed the Final Part I Examination of the Institute of Clerk-of-Works of Great Britain; or
3) Passed the Associate Examination of the Chartered Institute of Building, or equivalent;
- 3 year's or above post-qualification experience in building projects; and Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.
- Employment period : approx. 38 months
