Job Desc:
-Review and develop policies and practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of property / tenancy management services;
-Develop marketing strategies, seek to expand our portfolio and pursue new business initiatives in property services;
-Oversee the quality assurance function, develop related policies, systems, procedures such as ISO, Performance Pledges, Information Resources and monitor customer feedback to assure quality of services;
-Lead a regional team to provide tenancy / property management services, and provide functional support at central level, e.g. IT development, staff training, legal support, community building, etc.
The Person
-Should possess a University, preferably an MBA degree plus professional qualification in Housing Management, i.e. MCIH, MHKIH and RPHM;
-Minimum 15 years' experience in property management including 5 years at senior management position, with strong background in marketing and quality assurance;
-Good business and political sense, strong leadership and ability to negotiate or liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.
-Good writing and presentation skills, preferably with experience in board / committee work.
