Qualifications & Experience required
* Diploma from Technical Institute or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with at least 11 years' relevant post-qualification experience, OR
* Higher Certificate from Technical College or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, with a least 12 years' relevant experience inclusive of 9 years' relevant post- qualification experience, OR
* 4 years' appropriate experience as RIOW in a Government or quasi-Government project
