Job Desc:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in property, building and/or tenancy management
* Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinance, DMC and related ordinance
* Good client servicing skills and ability to handle clients and tenants independently
* Good communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
* Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents Licence a definite advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Management Surveyors or Managers
