Job Desc:
A leading Insurance Group, invites high calibre professional to fill the position. Attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify training needs of agency force
-Develop and deliver sales and product training programmes independently
-Monitor the Continued Professional Development Programme credits for consultants
-Liaise with agency executives on training arrangements
-Negotiate with external consultants on special training programmes
REQUIREMENTS:
-University graduate with professional insurance qualification preferred
-At least 5 years solid training and sales experience in insurance industry
-In-depth knowledge of agency operations of insurance sector is a MUST
-Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills
-Self-motivated, initiative, mature and sincere
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
-Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing is essential
