Job Desc:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales incentive programs
- Co-ordinate with insurance product development & printing works
- Assist in portfolio management
- Provide training for internal staff & external life agents
- Build and develop business relationship with key business partner
Requirement:
- University graduate with min. of 5 years' experience in marketing and business development, preferrably in insurance industry
- Qualified ACII/AAII is preferred
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Team player with good communication skills and ability to adapt to change
- Thorough understanding of Personal Line insurance products and underwriting experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in project management and direct marketing skills, exposure to call center will be an asset
- Hands-on skills in general office softwares
