Job Desc:
* Evaluate the training needs of multi-channel users
* Develop training plans and programs
* Monitor the Continued Professional Development Programme
REQUIREMENT:
* University graduate with professional insurance qualification preferred
* At least 5 years solid training experience in insurance industry
* Excellent presentation, communication & facilitation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive and mature
* Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
* Good PC skills
