- 5+ years of working experience, of which 2+ years relevant insurance experience in system implementation and workflow/ business process streamlining
- Independent, innovative, articulate in presenting ideas, positive influencer
- Strong project management, confident, organized, highly adaptive to pressure and stressful situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels
- close liaison with department heads, peers, administration colleagues, field personnel
- Dynamic, familiar with multinational culture and demand
- Fluency in English is essential
