Job Desc:
a Europe based leading provider of financial protection and wealth accumulation solutions for some 35 million customers in over 60 countries offers an excellent career advancement for the right candidate. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relationship Management, you will manage over 40 inbound and outbound telesales forces to achieve sales target, to develop and review sales incentive and motivation system to improve sales productivity, to plan manpower resources to support various campaigns, to monitor selling process to control sales quality and comply with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 7 years' working experience, in which 5 years in Sales AND Call Center management
- Insurance professional qualification is preferable. Good people management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented to achieve business objectives. Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
