Job Desc:
The Role:
- Design & Update of Training Plan for Multi-channel users - Agency, Bancassurance, Brokerage & Staff
- Oversee training program development, delivery & enhancement which match with the training needs of multi-channel users, meet the Continuing Professional Development and in line with company objectives
- Evaluate the training needs of multi-channel users by means of Training Advisory Committee Meeting, post-program evaluation reports, etc.
- Oversee the smooth execution of training calendar
- Oversee the smooth execution of ad hoc projects in line with company objectives
- Oversee cooperation with various departments in regard of training program coordination
- Oversee training administration in terms of daily administrative operations, IIQE enrollment & maintenance, maintenance of Continuing Professional Development, etc.
- Oversee the proper utilization of company resources
- Motivate training team members to provide outstanding quality performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate, with professional insurance qualification preferred
- At least 5 years solid training or sales experience in insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge of agency operations of insurance sector is a must
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated, initiative, mature and sincere
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese Word Processing is ESSENTIAL
