Job Desc:
The appointee will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the Group for corporate finance projects, transactional and operational compliance, review and drafting of contracts as well as directing external lawyers.
Requirements
Degree, diploma or professional qualification in law
minimum 7 years of post qualification experience obtained from law firm, financial institution or listed company
previous experience in securities company is a definite advantage
excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
dedicated, self-disciplined, able to work independently and under pressure
