Job Desc:
- to handle credit card customer and personal loan hotline
- To handle customer complaints and written request
- to perform tele-selling programs and other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Form 5 graduate or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit card/consumer finance industry or customer service related field is preferable
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Politie, initiative, patient and responsive
- Good PC knowledge
