Job Desc:
Our client is a well known international investment bank with extensive regional establishment in major cities in Asia Pacific. Hong Kong being one of its major regional center provides extensive operational support to its offices in the region. Due to the increase in business volume, a corporate services manager role has been created to meet the demand.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for the overall corporate services function in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for areas such as facilities management and office administration. Your duties include overseeing the office moves and ongoing maintenance, lease negotiations, outsourcing vendor processes, procurement procedures, inventory control of supplies and equipment and group insurance management.
To qualify, the successful candidate must have a minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of corporate services, facilities management or office administration. You should have proven management and leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills together with good command of English and Chinese. You must be customer service oriented and be able to work under pressure.
