Job Desc:
Lead the team members to perform daily operation and make continuous improvement in productivity, quality, safety and discipline aspects;
Assist the Warehouse Manager in tactical and strategic planning to lead the warehouse operation to be an efficient distribution center;
Formulate policy and operating procedure;
Provide training for all subordinates to enhance the performance of the team;
Willing to travel to Shenzhen if required
Requirements:
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or other related discipline;
Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory level;
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English is a must;
Sound interpersonal and people management skills;
Familiar with Microsoft Office application and Chinese processing is a must
