Job Desc:
- Degree or professional insurance qualification holder with a minimum of 6 year's relevant experience in insurance industry.
- Solid practical working experience in handling medical claims.
- The ability to conduct process flowing re-engineering and set up protocol to ensure the operations are running effectively and efficiently.
- Hands-on PC skills with the ability to lead a group of staff in reviewing and approving medical claims as well as providing quality services to business clients and service providers.
- Able to work under pressure, be independent with excellent interpersonal skills and be a problem solver.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
