Job Desc:
-Strong academic background with a minimum of a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)
- Minimum 10 years' solid experience in corporate finance, of which 5 years in reputable law firms
-Exposure in mergers & acquisitions activities and corporate restructuring exercises
-In-depth understanding of the regulatory framework in major financial centres
-Ability to assume unsupervised management of the structuring, negotiation and completion of major projects
-Strong English language capability and proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
