Job Desc:
He/She acts Head of treasury middle office reporting directly to the management. He/she is responsible to lead the team staff to carry out the daily settlement functions and risk management control
To cope with Treasury front office, he/she supervises day-to-day operation to provide a through support. He/she manages the overall responsibility for the operations of settlement to maintain absolute accuracy of daily work to put in place measures for exercising the control over settlement risks exposed in operations
Qualifications
Extensive experience in treasury middle-office risk management & back-office operations, at least 10 years
Product specialize in many of FX, Derivative and Options items
Capability of write/edit the policy & procedure for back-office operation & risk management manuals
Knowledge in designing a team work to streamline the daily work flow and to enhance the weakness of system operation
At least university degree, good command of English and Mandarin are required for all posts. Competitive package will be offered to right candidates.
